• Client Support: Provide exceptional client service by promptly responding to inquiries, answering questions, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve client requests. Actively research or contact solution providers to obtain necessary assistance and solutions.
• Slides Preparation: Create professional presentations and materials to support client meetings, proposals, and campaign updates.
• Google Ads Solution Proficiency: After receiving training, become proficient in operating Google Ads solutions such as DV360 and CM360. Conduct product demos for clients and assist with their requests.
