Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and maintain financial records, accounting books, and vouchers for the company.
• Perform accounting transactions and ensure accurate updates in accounting software.
• Calculate salaries and labor costs
• Manage transactions with banks, tax authorities, and other relevant bodies.
• Report to the board of directors and ensure compliance with Vietnam’s accounting laws and regulations.
• Maintain employee records, track attendance, and handle administrative HR tasks.
• Coordinate social insurance, health insurance, and other employee
Requirements:
• Strong communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office), accounting software, and HR management tools.
• Honest, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
• Knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws and accounting regulations is a plus.
