· Control the company drivers and arrange transportation for employee and VIP.

· Handle with passport, visa, air-ticket procedures for employees or visitors (if any).

· Handle with work permit procedures for expatriates.

· Arrange, participate in, and implements, as directed, conferences and committee meetings.

· In charge of caterer communication for employee meal.

· Handle with documents relating to the company operations.

Environment, Health & Safety, Fire-fighting:

· Manage Housekeeping in the factory such as implementing risk assessment for environment and working place;

· Managing non-hazardous waste and hazardous waste, make sure to be stored in place; checking and controlling hygiene of all the sections in the factory.

· Periodic checking and measuring and reporting the environment in the factory.

· Follow up company’s equipment and periodic inspection as the regulations.

· Periodic health checkup for employees

· Support on fire-fighting activities in the factory.

· Other duties assigned by HR & Administration Manager

Education Background:

· College or University

Working Experience:

· At least 3years of experience in Admin, EHS

· Good command written and spoken in English. Knowledge in Chinese is a definite advantage.

· Good in computer
