Make the report required by GD or the Parent company
Assist the task relating Operation and Admin.
Compile and translate documents from Japanese into Vietnamese and vice versa.
Assistant and interpreter in meetings and conferences
Participate in drafting and revising documents, contract.
Conveying GD’s information/ request to other Departments and monitor progress/quality of implementation
Coordinate with other Departments in the company to perform and complete the assigned work.
Other tasks as directed by GD.

College’s degree or higher
N1 JLPT certificate
TOIEC 600+
Proficient in Microsoft office, Excel and Power point skills from basic to advance
Have good knowledge and acumen in work as well as work well under high pressure
Have ability to respond quickly and carefully
Having worked in a Japanese company is an advantage.

Salary: Negotiation
