Understand the needs/business models of partners to build cooperation/business programs
Manage existing partner/customer portfolio and develop new customers on medium to large scale.
Take responsibility for revenue and profit on partners in the portfolio to maximize potential benefits from customers, partners... through direct business activities, cooperation with external partners, internal units, and projects related to loyalty and fintech services.
Implement cross-selling campaigns
Develop program regulations and processes specifically for customers
Develop customer value proposition and separate programs for each partner's customers
Monitor and analyze key business indicators and activities to proactively build and develop business plans
Closely coordinate with the Product Development Department to launch suitable products to meet customer needs
Proactively propose and implement appropriate business programs in each period and coordinate with the Marketing Department to launch appropriate customer outreach campaigns.

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration.
Extensive knowledge and understanding of Business Development
Solid knowledge of eCommerce products and services, good understanding of Loyalty products and services is an advantage
Minimum 03 years of experience in a related position in the field of E-commerce, Fintech or Finance - Banking
Candidates with experience working in B2B service providers or industries such as fintech, loyalty programs, banking, and retail is a plus
Poficiency in creating professional sales kits.
Fluent in English.
Quick thinking, multitasking ability, and adaptability to change.
Fast learner, responsible, proactive, and honest.
Detail-oriented, with strong planning and execution skills.
Customer service mindset, always prioritizing the partner experience.
Strong communication skills, confident in working with senior management at partner organizations.
