Back Office Administration:

• Manage office supplies and equipment
• Make a monthly report about company back-office operations
• Collaborate with an external accounting & law agency for recurring tasks
• Coordinate for employee travel, meetings, and events
• Maintain all hard and soft copies of office paperwork
• Manage company emails, ID/PW etc.
• Monitor external service providers

Human Resources:

• Communicate with the agency and provide necessary information
• Oversee all recruitment processes and candidates
• Oversee staffs’ monthly compensation, attendance, and KPI tracker
• Identify HR issues at the company report to the upper management

Accounting:

• Communicate with the agency and provide necessary information
• Manage monthly value-added tax status
• Report monthly company cash status
