    Why We Need You

    As our Brand Strategist, you’ll take deep-dives into research findings (Amazon, TikTok, Market & Visual) and craft brands that stand out. Whether it’s shaping a product’s story or guiding its visual identity, you’ll ensure everything connects with the right audiences and sparks viral potential. If you’re eager to build brands that people love—both at home and abroad—this role is for you.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Brand Identity Creation & Strategy
      • Own the end-to-end brand development process, transforming raw research into compelling brand stories, personalities, and aesthetics.
      • Integrate insights from Amazon, TikTok, Market, and Visual teams to identify gaps and create unique, virality-driven brand identities.
      • Build comprehensive Brand Guidelines (tone of voice, messaging, visual direction) that reflect bold differentiation and emotional resonance.
    2. Cross-Functional Collaboration
      • Work hand-in-hand with research teams to ensure data is collected accurately, patterns are valid, and insights are actionable.
      • Partner with top management to present brand concepts, gather feedback, and adjust strategies as needed.
      • Coordinate with the TikTok Commerce Manager, Amazon Specialists, Designers, and other stakeholders to maintain brand consistency across platforms.
    3. Market Research & Adaptation
      • Take the lead on Market Research for brand positioning—understanding consumer psychology, competitor landscapes, and emerging trends.
      • Constantly evaluate market signals and be ready to adapt the brand’s direction or target audience approach based on shifts in consumer behavior.
      • Guide the team in pivoting brand elements when necessary, ensuring longevity and relevance in fast-changing markets.
    4. Brand Launch & Lifecycle Management
      • Oversee the onboarding of new brands, from concept sign-off to live execution, ensuring brand integrity and alignment at each milestone.
      • Provide ongoing support and direction post-launch, monitoring how the brand performs and resonates with audiences.
      • Lead brand updates or rebrands if required, harnessing internal data and market feedback to refine brand positioning.
    5. Team Leadership & Communication
      • Supervise brand-related projects, delegate tasks appropriately, and keep everyone aligned on deliverables and deadlines.
      • Conduct regular check-ins with cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity on brand standards and objectives.
      • Report key findings, progress updates, and critical concerns to top management with concise, loyal, and transparent communication.
    6. Strategic Growth & Innovation
      • Identify opportunities to scale successful brands into new markets or product lines, especially in the USA/EU.
      • Encourage bold and creative ideas that move the needle—functionality, aesthetics, and emotional connectivity are all part of the brand’s DNA.
      • Stay updated with branding trends, digital marketing shifts, and consumer behavior insights, ensuring our brands remain cutting-edge.

    1. Experience
      • 2+ years of experience in branding, brand strategy, or brand management with proven success stories.
      • Demonstrated ability to create or rebrand products in diverse markets, ideally with exposure to USA/EU consumer audiences.
    2. Creative & Data-Driven Mindset
      • Skilled at translating research into cohesive brand strategies that drive visibility, emotional connection, and sales.
      • Familiar with viral content principles, short-form video trends (e.g., TikTok), and brand storytelling best practices.
    3. Big-Picture Thinker with Detail Orientation
      • Can quickly grasp competitive landscapes, identify gaps, and execute brand solutions that stand out.
      • Maintains an eagle eye on consistency while also managing fine design or messaging details.
    4. Excellent Communication & Leadership
      • Comfortable presenting to top management, addressing strategic concerns, and aligning all departments with brand direction.
      • Able to delegate tasks effectively, mentor junior brand team members, and keep external collaborators on track.
    5. Adaptable & Tech-Savvy
      • Up-to-date with digital marketing tools and e-commerce platforms.
      • Quick to learn new software if it enhances brand research or creative workflows.
      • Understands the dynamic nature of online brand-building—from Amazon listings to TikTok trends and beyond.
    6. Proactive & Ownership-Oriented
      • Takes initiative to solve problems, refine brand directions, and push for continuous improvement.
      • Demonstrates unwavering loyalty to the company vision, ensuring management receives every essential detail.
