● Collaborate with the Sales Director (Japan) to design and implement strategic plans to achieve sales goals.

● Create process documents, requirements documents; translate requirements, multifunctional specifications for hand-over to internal and/or external technical teams and subject matter experts.

● Investigate and document existing systems and identify gaps and propose cost effective and efficient solutions to serve business needs.

● Create documentation of current process for business case development, projectsandsupporting activities, including case studies, findings, conclusions, recommendations, request for proposal, data and process flow diagrams, specifications, test strategy, training materials, user documentation,

● Analyze sales data to understand market trends and customer needs and reflect the strategies.

Yêu cầu công việc

● Possess a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

● Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to produce clear and well-organized documents.

● Written and oral Japanese proficiency is required.

● Approximately 3 years of direct sales experience with POS registers and digital transformation experience in the food and beverage industry, with an interest in analysis and sales planning.

● Working knowledge of customer loyalty systems.

● Comprehensive knowledge of standard business and accounting principles.
