Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in line with company growth objectives.
Build and maintain robust client relationships by understanding client needs, providing exceptional service, and ensuring ongoing client satisfaction.

Collaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Customer Support) to ensure seamless client onboarding and retention.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to the unique needs of potential clients.
Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and conferences to build brand visibility and develop industry connections.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prospect interactions, and performance metrics

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales. Preferably in the entertainment, events, or ticketing industry.
2+ years experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management, preferably within a ticketing, events, entertainment, or related technology industry.
Proven ability to generate leads, develop business strategies, and close deals.
Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively.
Ability and willingness to travel occasionally for meetings, industry events, and client presentations.
Proficient in English

Preferred Skills:

Experience with ticketing platforms, event management software, or related SaaS solutions.
Strong understanding of the event industry landscape and emerging trends.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile startup environment.
