Understanding & Provide detailed information about high fashion products.
Assist customers in selecting products and creating a positive shopping experience.
Respond to customer messages and feedback through Facebook/Instagram and related platforms.
Develop and maintain customer relationships, identifying their needs and desires to provide personalized service.
Listen to and professionally handle customer feedback and complaints promptly to achieve maximum satisfaction.
Track and update the status of customer orders, ensuring all requests are fulfilled on time to ensure a smooth customer service process.
Monitor and report performance indicators related to customer satisfaction, providing suggestions for service improvement.

Experience in a secretarial or customer service role in the aesthetics and fashion industry.
Graduated from vocational school, college, or university, with a preference for majors related to fashion, marketing, or hospitality
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work under pressure and handle situations skillfully.
Support related departments in monthly account reconciliation.
Experience in customer service, particularly in the luxury fashion industry, is an advantage.
Proficient computer skills (WORD – EXCEL) and CRM & GenAI

80% salary, ranging from 8.000.000 - 15.000.000 VNĐ, finalized based on interview performance.
Commission based on revenue and targets, minimum 1% .
Health insurance after 6 months of employment.
Working hours: Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM; Saturday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM ( or rotation of shifts)
All employees at HOP / HUY VO will be required to sign an NDA before, during, and after their employment with the company.
