Collection activities
- Actively monitor and analyze performance of Field Collections teams, propose points of improvement in strategy and operations;
- Review weaknesses in the current collection procedures/system from which to propose solutions to improve and increase debt recovery efficiency;
- Participate or lead projects related to debt collection campaigns;
- Participate to set up incentive scheme for Collections Teams;
Collection policies & system
- Review the efficiency of collection systems and processes and propose improvements to increase automation level, increase productivity, and transparency of collection operations;
- Participating in the development of new systems and projects that necessitate Collection collaboration;
- Collaborate with other departments to improve collection systems;
- Other tasks assigned by Line managers.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education level, certification:

A Bachelor's degree or higher in Banking, Business or other related;

Experience, Skill:
- At least 3 years of experience managing tasks related to Field collection operations/ strategy in financial company/bank;
- Clearly understand the functions, tasks, and roles of Debt Collection in the Finance Company;
- Having skills in leadership, teamwork and management;
- English proficiency required for the position;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, Power point)Power BI tools, SQL or Python…;
Individual Characteristics:
- Ability to work independently and in a team;
- Honest, straightforward, and highly responsible;
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy;
