Responsibility 1: Commission Management by Category

- Check all commission terms in the period (monthly, quarterly, yearly) that are signed on the rading term agreement or the appendix

- Do collation of purchase amounts with the supplier (vendor) to ensure the accuracy of receivable/payment accounting

- Consolidate and record other commissions that are not presented on the trading terms (distribution cost, using utilities fee) or transfer payments to summarize as the total commission by category

- Do commission allocation by store in a period and commission estimation weekly/monthly
Responsibility 2: Document management (contract, contract appendix, trading term agreement)

- Follow up the expired date on contract and trading term agreement to alert to commercial team for renewal

- Send documents to other BU as request for auditing

Responsibility 3: Vendor management

- Participate in building vendor management process, trading term standard and guideline, commercial contract template

- Do commission analysis report to explain the movement of commission monthly and biggest Vendor performance in term of purchase and commission
