1. Understand local labor law, wage, environment and health and safety.

2. Knowledge in international human rights standards such (WRAP, Better work etc...)

3. Provide support in communication and training for the workers and subcontractors (Canteen/Security/CCTV/Bus Company) related to social compliance and security.
