• Lesson plan writer – Includes the development of VYL, YL, and Teen ESL lesson plans and additional extra lessons/club plans such as Cambridge exam preparation courses, etc.
• Material creator – Supporting materials for the lesson plans developed, including slides to support lesson delivery, worksheets, or other materials required for teachers to deliver the lesson plans written.
• Lead on receiving feedback on current lesson plans and materials, and ensure continuous improvement.
• Other tasks as assigned by Senior Content & Learning Manager.
A TEFL qualification (preferably CELTA or CertTESOL) that includes observed teaching practice.
• 1+ year’s face-to-face ESL teaching experience with Young Learners.
• Able to produce high quality lesson plans and materials.
• C1 level of English (7.0+ IELTS).
