Coordinate and execute corporate events, including conferences, retreats, and team-building activities.
Liaise with clients to understand their vision and requirements, ensuring an exceptional event experience.
Manage event logistics, from venue setup to catering and audiovisual arrangements.
Work closely with internal teams and vendors to guarantee smooth operations.
Oversee on-site event execution, problem-solving in real time to ensure client satisfaction.
Maintain budgets, timelines, and quality standards for all corporate events.

Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or corporate event management preferred.
Ability to be creative in planning and flexible in solving problems.
Previous experience in operations management or HR functions is a plus.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Fluency in English is required.
