• Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries via email, phone, or chat in a professional and timely manner.

• Accurately perform data entry and maintain updated records across our systems.

• Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including order processing, lead management, and preparing sales reports.

• Handle customer complaints or escalate issues to the appropriate team when necessary.

• Teamwork spirit and ability to work independently under pressure.

• Communicate effectively in both English and Chinese to support multilingual customers and team collaboration.

• Prepare and process shipping documents and customs clearance paperwork.

Proficiency in English
Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics and familiarity with supply chain processes.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
Flexibility to adapt to new processes and challenges as they arise.
Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a remote environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and CRM software is a plus.
Experience in customer service or sales support roles preferred.
A proactive and positive attitude, with the ability to problem-solve independently.
