Handle patient inquiries via phone about registration, appointments, payments, and app usage,
Guide users on core functions of the app (electronic prescriptions, medical record uploads, and medication tracking, etc)
Identify emergency cases (chest pain, breathing difficulties), transfer urgent cases to doctors, and guide patients to nearby hospitals.
Record user feedback, align with the product team, and drive continuous feature improvements
Assist in coordinating emergency medication delivery within 1 hour.
Resolve complaints, mediate disputes, and escalate critical cases when necessary.
Monitor call quality, ensure service standards, and track patient satisfaction.

College degree or higher (Nursing, Public Health, or related fields preferred).
3+ years of experience in medical customer service.
Clear Vietnamese pronunciation & basic English communication
Familiar with CRM tools (Zendesk, Lana Health) & basic medical knowledge (training provided).
Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle disputes professionally.
