Kinh Hao is seeking a proactive and service-minded Customer Success Executive to help us deliver exceptional experiences to our high-end clients. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about luxury aesthetics, love communicating with people, and are eager to learn about international brand knowledge in a growing and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through thoughtful communication
Guide customers through our product offerings and services with professionalism
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and after-sales care
Assist management with translation and assigned tasks when needed
Support content creation, events, or showroom-related activities when applicable
Qualifications:
Strong verbal communication skills in English (required); Vietnamese and/or Chinese a plus
A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility
Interest in interior design, home décor, or the luxury market is highly valued
Prior customer service or sales experience is a bonus—but not a must. We welcome talented communicators with the right attitude!
