• We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to help business owners optimize their online advertising campaigns while providing exceptional customer service.
• This role is perfect for individuals with a strong understanding of Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and excellent customer support skills to advise and assist clients effectively.
• Manage and optimize Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Provide customer support and consult businesses on their marketing strategies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve advertising-related issues for clients.
• Analyze ad performance data and provide optimization recommendations.
• Upsell and recommend service upgrades when needed.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Has experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills – ability to guide and assist clients effectively.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and performance analysis.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and perform well under pressure.
• Passion for marketing and willingness to grow in this field.
• Confident in phone interactions and engaging with clients.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in customer service, account management, or sales.
• Background in beauty, nail, or service industries is a plus.
