- Handle customs clearance procedures in compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate and communicate with relevant authorities to ensure smooth cargo clearance.
- Manage import/export documentation and ensure accuracy in processing shipments.
- Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve any customs-related issues.
- Support logistics operations, especially for shipments involving frozen goods (fisheries, agricultural products).
- More than 5 years of experience in customs clearance or a related field.
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Experience in handling frozen cargo (fisheries, agricultural products) is preferred.
- Prior experience in import/export operations in the Americas and Europe is a plus.
