• Assist in the plan and supervise execution of the photo shoot and video shoot for hotels, promotions & events
• Assist in the execution of integrated Marketing campaigns by following project timelines, coordinating the creation of Marketing materials in various formats including but not limited to concept developing, copywriting, proofreading & content briefing, and liaising with both internal stakeholders and external agencies.
• Coordinate the production of posters, publication of hotel’s newsletters/s and flyers, menu for associates and the public, as well as other printed materials. Ensure them updated. o Ensure all visual and written communication (internal/external, offline/online) and guest supplies and printings are fully aligned with the hotels positioning and brand.
• Assist in monthly report on activities and performance of Marketing department.
Social Media
• Together with the Marketing Manager, mange hotel online channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Microsite including creating, planning content and posting schedules according to the Content calendar from Marcom Manager
• Monitor social media channels regularly, engaging with comments, messages, and reviews promptly and professionally.
PR & Communication
• Assist with the hosting of influencers, bloggers & media, planning and executing media gathering and other press activities. Work with other departments to coordinate guest’s lists, invitations and hosting.
• Support the manager in preparing press releases and ensuring their exposure to relevant media channels.
Administration
• Manage the administrative requirements of the Marketing department including but not limited to MC raising, contract & payment document process. Keep the documentaries well organized
o Positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
o Genuine enthusiasm for social media platforms and their application in marketing.
o Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and online marketing channels.
o Able to use non-professional designing tools such as Canva, Capcut.
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese (additional languages are an advantage).
o Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
