The Marketing Event Activation Executive is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing
marketing events and activations that align with the Rise Vietnam brand strategy and objectives. This
role focuses on delivering engaging experiences that enhance brand awareness, drive customer
acquisition, and support overall business goals. The executive will work closely with cross-functional

teams, manage vendors and budgets, and ensure the seamless execution of events, from concept to post-event evaluation.

Key aspects include:
- Designing creative event strategies to attract and engage target audiences.
- Managing event logistics, coordination, and on-site execution.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all event
touchpoints.
- Measuring and reporting on event success to inform future marketing initiatives.

Yêu cầu công việc

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a
related field.

At least 2-3 years of proven experience in event planning, marketing activations, or a related
field.
Experience in managing end-to-end event processes, including planning, execution, and post-
event reporting.
Strong understanding of event management principles and marketing strategies.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
Proficiency in budgeting and cost management for event-related expenses.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams, vendors, and
stakeholders.
Creative problem-solving abilities to adapt to unexpected challenges.
Familiarity with event management tools and software.
Basic design skills or experience with graphic tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
Languages: Proficiency in English (written and spoken). Additional language skills are an advantage.
Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
A team player with strong leadership qualities and a proactive attitude.
Enthusiastic and passionate about event management and marketing.
Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, or evenings if required for events.
Ability to travel as needed for on-site event management.
