Job Purpose
The E-commerce Senior Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day e-store operations, campaign execution, and partner coordination to drive performance across key online platforms. This role requires strong operational capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth execution and optimization of e-commerce activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. E-store Operation Management
• Oversee daily e-store operations across marketplaces, ensuring availability and content accuracy.
• Manage ATP and E-SIS systems to ensure inventory accuracy and real-time updates.
• Coordinate with CS teams to ensure timely resolution of shopper issues.
2. Campaign & E-Content Execution
• Collaborate with team to drive end-to-end Flash Sale performance, from planning to execution and post-campaign analysis.
• Coordinate and follow up livestream performance, including livestream calendar planning, product selection, preparation, performance tracking and reporting.
• Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure product video creation and content updates aligned with brand and platform standards.
• Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, livestream results, flash sale outcomes
3. MCN Engagement
• Liaise with MCNs for brand & product deals nomination and influencer activation
• Manage full engagement flow:
• Submit product deals
• Track & report on campaign results
• Coordinate sample deliveries
4. Operation Scorecard & Issue Resolution
• Monitor key performance & operation metrics through scorecards.
• Identify and address operational issues in a timely manner
• Suggest process improvements based on performance insights
5. Other tasks
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the line manager.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2-3+ years of experience in E-commerce operations, preferably within FMCG or similar industry.
• Solid understanding of Ecom platform, operation process and campaign mechanisms
• Experience working with MCNs or influencer marketing is a plus.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Excel and data reporting tools.
