Manage and supervise all financial, accounting, and internal control activities of the group.
Analyze financial data to support business strategies and key decision-making.
Develop, implement, and improve financial processes to maximize operational efficiency.
Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and cash flow management to ensure liquidityand profitability.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal audits.
Work closely with different departments to support business operations.
Propose financial strategies to enhance performance and reduce costs.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience as a Financial Controller, preferably in the hospitalityindustry.
Strong knowledge of corporate finance, cash flow management, budgeting, and financialreporting.
Experience using accounting and ERP software (SAP, Misa, or equivalent).
Excellent analytical skills, strategic thinking, and financial leadership.
Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and make quick decisions.
Strong communication skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
