As our Financial Specialist, you’ll be the go-to person for all things finance-related—ensuring that our accounts are accurate, transactions are recorded promptly, and the company’s finances flow smoothly. You’ll work closely with top management, but your main focus is on practical, detail-oriented tasks that keep us compliant and on track.

What You’ll Do

• Daily Financial Operations: Record sales, expenses, invoices, and any other transactions. Make sure every cent is accounted for.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Track incoming and outgoing payments, follow up on overdue invoices, and confirm vendors receive what they’re owed.
• Reconciliation: Regularly match bank statements, POS records, and internal ledgers so everything lines up correctly.
• Payroll & Benefits: Assist with monthly payroll calculations, coordinate with HR, and ensure employees receive accurate, on-time payments.
• Compliance & Coordination: Work with external accountants or auditors to prepare necessary documents and maintain compliance with local regulations.
• Reporting & Analysis: Generate straightforward financial reports (cash flow statements, expense summaries, etc.) that help management make informed decisions.
• Process Improvement: Spot opportunities to streamline financial workflows, reduce errors, and keep data organised.
