o The trainee must commit following when joining SATT training program:
o Employee type: Trainee, Full-time (2 MONTHS)
o Attend all training sessions as well as complete all assignments and test assessments.
o Join OJT in a real project, complete all tasks from Instructors.
o Commit to working for 1 year after completing the training program.

IT Background
Good English or Good Japanese
Hands-on experience in any programming languages: C/C++, Java, .Net, Javascript, Python...
Be willing to work hard, tackle difficult issues and research new technology quickly.
Creative, honest, research skills, critical thinking and teamwork
Good ability to learning new things
Preferably testing knowledge
Knowledge of Automation technologies (hook, reflection, accessible...) is plus.
Knowledge of popular Automation test tools (Selenium, TestComplete, TestArchitect, Robot...) is a plus.
