One of our clients, which is a manufacturing company, is looking for GA
【Job detail】
- Manage overall general affairs and HR operations, including handling corporate license modification procedures when necessary.
- Act as a bridge between different departments to ensure smooth coordination.
- Provide consultation on Vietnamese laws to Japanese managers and interpret when required.
- Represent the company in external relations and handle communications with external agencies as needed.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor's degree
- Japanese N3 level or higher
- More than 1 year experience in a similar position in the Manufacturing industry
- Overall management of general affairs, human resources (including carrying out procedures to change business licenses when necessary)
- Consulting Vietnamese Law for Japanese bosses, interpreting when necessary
- Diplomacy, correspondence with external agencies when necessary
