Due to business expansion, we are looking for a qualified and responsible Accountant. The main responsibilities of this position will be focused on monitoring the execution of lease agreements, tracking payment discipline, and ensuring proper accounting documentation flow. This position will work under the supervision of the company’s Finance Department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the company’s accounting and tax records in compliance with Vietnamese legislation.

• Assist the Finance Department in preparing VAT, CIT, and PIT declarations, as well as calculating SHUI contributions.

• Handle primary accounting documents (issuance of electronic invoices, analysis of contracts, acceptance certificates, and other documents).

• Liaise with tax authorities, banks, and other government institutions.

• Prepare payroll data for employees.

• Manage document flow and maintain the archive of accounting records.
