    Talent Strategy on Resource Management:

    • Partner with the management team to forecast hiring demands and align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
    • Directly manage resource planning to ensure deep insight into current and future talent needs.
    • Identify and engage senior-level candidates for specialized, high-impact roles.

    Employer Branding:

    • Drive initiatives to strengthen the company’s employer brand across target markets.
    • Represent the organization at career fairs, industry events, and online platforms to connect with top talent.

    Candidate Experience:

    • Ensure an exceptional, seamless experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
    • Leverage modern recruitment tools and technologies to streamline and professionalize processes.

    Yêu cầu công việc

    Experience:

    • 5+ years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a focus on global hiring.
    • Successful track record in recruiting for business teams in international markets (UK, Japan, US) and technical teams in Vietnam.

    Skills:

    • Deep understanding of recruitment practices across diverse regions, with sensitivity to cultural nuances and compliance requirements.
    • Exceptional sourcing and headhunting skills on LinkedIn and global job boards.
    • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

    Other Qualifications:

    • Experience in tech startups or fintech environments is highly desirable.
    • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools.
    • Fluent in English and Vietnamese; basic communication in additional languages (e.g., Japanese) is a strong advantage.
