Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
- Talent Acquisition: Actively participate in the recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent to meet the specific needs of the organization.
- Talent Mapping: Assist in conducting talent mapping and market research to identify emerging trends and attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Candidate Experience:
- Deliver a 5-star hotel experience throughout the recruitment process: Ensure timely communication, offer clear and concise information, and create a welcoming and professional environment that reflects Mvillage's commitment to exceptional service.
- Provide a personalized and high-touch candidate experience: Tailor interactions to each candidate's individual needs, offer personalized feedback, and demonstrate genuine interest in their career aspirations.
- Continuously improve the hiring process: Actively seek feedback from candidates and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices that enhance the overall candidate experience.
- Recruitment Metrics: Utilizing application tracking system to track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and inform data-driven decision-making.Employer Branding: Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance our employer brand and attract top talent.
- Networking: Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and industry associations to expand the talent pool and stay updated on industry trends.
- Job Fairs and Career Events: Represent Mvillage at job fairs and career events to promote the company as an attractive employer and source potential candidates.
HR Business Partnering:
- HR Consulting: Provide strategic HR guidance and support to business leaders on a range of HR issues, including staffing, talent development, performance management, and employee relations.
- Future Workforce Planning: Assist in forecasting future hiring needs and developing manning guides to ensure adequate staffing levels and support organizational growth.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and provide effective HR solutions.
- Employee Relations: Assist in managing employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
- Talent Development: Contribute to talent development initiatives, such as performance reviews, succession planning, and training programs, as needed.
- HR Policy Implementation: Assist in ensuring compliance with HR policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Data Analysis: Analyze HR metrics to identify trends, assess effectiveness of HR initiatives, and inform strategic decision-making.
Other Tasks: Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by the Head of HR.
