Assist with administrative procedures related to work permits, visas, and temporary residence cards for foreign employees.
Coordinate with relevant authorities and related units to prepare documents and track processing progress.
Support booking flights and arranging travel schedules for foreign employees.
Assist with other administrative tasks such as document preparation, basic translation, and managing expatriate employee data.
Receive and respond to support requests from foreign employees as assigned by supervisors.
Perform other tasks as required by the manager.

Third- or fourth-year students or recent graduates in Human Resource Management, Economics, Foreign Languages, or related fields.
Good English communication skills (minimum IELTS 6.0 or equivalent).
Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Detail-oriented, proactive, responsible, and a good team player.
Candidates with internship or work experience in HR or administration are preferred.
