Responsibilities:

Recruitment: Responsible for full-cycle recruitment for assigned open positions.
Organizing and managing the company's events/ activities.
HR Policy Management: Support the country director in reviewing, updating, and communicating human resource policies, procedures. Make sure the staff follow and comply with the company's policy.
Carry out C&B programmes (salary, benefits and staff welfare).
Processing and monitoring office expense payments.
Collaborate with the Accounting team/HR team in both Vietnam and Singapore when needed.
Conducting employee performance reviews and preparing evaluation reports for top-level management.
Organizing and storing all types of company files and documents.

Requirements:

Have at least 3 years of experience working in the field of Human Resources/Administration
Experienced in IT Recruitment
Have a good command of English.
Have good communication skill
Have an eye for details and be good at task/time-management skills
