A. Talent Acquisition (60%)
• End-to-End Recruitment Process:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and selection criteria, develop job descriptions, and plan workforce needs.
- Proactively build and expand talent pipelines, databases, and professional communities to enhance candidate reach and engagement across multiple recruitment channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, networking events, and industry-specific platforms, etc.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including screening, interviews, and candidate assessments.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience with timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process.
- Strengthen talent pipelines by engaging in campus recruitment, job fairs, and university partnerships to attract young talent.
• Recruitment Data & Analytics:
- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, quality of hire, source effectiveness).
- Maintain a talent database for proactive recruitment and future hiring needs.
- Provide monthly reports with key insights and improvement recommendations.
B. Employer Branding (30%)
• Propose and implement creative employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice, leveraging market insights and data-driven analysis.
• Work closely with the Corporate Communication team, Legal team to manage and create engaging content for employer branding across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and other recruitment platforms
• Lead employee storytelling campaigns, video testimonials, and culture-driven content to showcase the workplace experience.
• Organize and participate in networking events, job fairs, and career programs to enhance brand awareness.
• Monitor employer branding performance, identify trends, and suggest improvements for greater impact.
C. HR Administration & Expatriate Support (10%)
• Assist in processing Visas, Work Permits, and Temporary Residence Cards for expatriate, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
• Liaise with government agencies, legal consultants, and external service providers to stay updated on immigration laws and compliance requirements.
• Serve as a HR contact point in Ha Noi office, ensuring compliance matters such as workplace regulations, discipline with company policies.
• Support HR documentation, employee relations, and office HR operations.
• Other HR tasks as assigned by manager.
EDUCATION
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, Communication, or a related field.
REQUIREMENTS
• 2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, social media management, or HR operations.
• Hands-on experience with social media & content creation tools (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Canva, video editing software).
WORK EXPERIENCE
• Hand-on experience with HR data analytics and recruitment reporting, and AI-driven sourcing tools.
• Knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws and expatriate hiring regulations (preferred).
