1.JOB DESCRIPTION

Support the development and implementation of internal communication plans (newsletters, communication campaigns, internal events, etc.).
Create communication content: internal posts, emails, infographics, short videos, etc.
Coordinate and organize employee engagement activities (birthdays, company events, mini-games, team building, etc.).
Update and manage internal communication channels (email, internal group chats, etc.).
Support logistics and preparation of communication materials.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Yêu cầu công việc

2. JOB REQUIREMENTS

Third or fourth-year student majoring in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Human Resources, or related fields.
Strong writing skills with the ability to create content and convey messages clearly and creatively.
Proactive, eager to learn, enthusiastic, and a good team player.
Basic organizational and planning skills.
Preference given to candidates with basic design skills (Canva, Photoshop), video editing, and photography/videography abilities.
