The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing inventory management, monitoring stock movement, reconciling stock reports, and ensuring accurate and timely recording of inventory-related financial data..

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly inventory levels

• Conduct and coordinate regular stock takes, Reconcile Office stock and handle the differences

• Ensure documentation of stock in/out, internal transfers, and consumption for the Office

• Issue output invoice for FOC from Office monthly, for gift/ tester, etc. to customers as requested from Retail, etc

• Follow process of produced local gimmick and follow stock keeping for other teams (Check gimmick invoice information upon request and input to accounting software)

• Support to prepare management reports of inventories and other management reports (Dashboard, CF,…)

• Handle reports to government departments (Statistic, DPI reports, …) and support for audit

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field

Experience

• 1 year or more of experience as a Inventory Accountant is preferred

Skills & Competencies

• Solid understanding of inventory control principles and accounting

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (D365)
