Checking and repairing of computer and printer failure if any
Checking and fixing problems with the operating system and office applications
Support for Microsoft Office applications if an error occurs (does not support Word format, calculation formula in Excel)
Check the connection status, contact the Internet service provider when necessary (under the authorization of Party A)
Notice of inspection results and potential damage (if any)
Confirm technical issues for new purchase, addition or replacement
Support management process for IT equipment and accessories
Support other IT-related tasks of other departments
Other tasks assigned by IT team

Full participation in social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance.
13th-month salary (calculated based on actual working months).
Annual health check-up.
Holiday and Tet bonuses according to company policy (01/01, 30/4, 02/09): Less than 6 months: 300,000 VND, More than 6 months: 500,000 VND.
Allowances for personal events (weddings, funerals) and birthdays, applied according to the company’s general policy.
