I. RECRUITMENT

Search for and attract IT candidates through various recruitment channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, website, etc.).
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess basic professional competencies.
Negotiate salary, benefits, and working conditions with selected candidates.
Collaborate with departments to understand hiring needs and ensure the right person is hired for the right position.
Manage and update candidate data on the system.
Support the onboarding process for new employees, helping them integrate quickly.
Build the recruitment brand, organize events, and connect with the IT community.
Report weekly recruitment progress and propose improvement solutions.

II. ADMIN

Handle employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
Manage and process employees' work-related documents.
Manage internal and client devices.
Manage the office monthly budget.
Purchase items for the company (internal devices, project devices, office supplies, etc.).
Handle payment procedures and payment requests.
