Assist in Kitchen Management:

Support the Executive Sous Chef in managing the kitchen team.
Ensure the kitchen runs smoothly and food is prepared on time.

Food Preparation & Cooking:

Help cook and prepare meals for guests.
Ensure dishes meet the resort’s quality standards.

Supervise Kitchen Staff:

Assist in training and guiding kitchen staff.
Help ensure all staff follow the right cooking and safety procedures.

Inventory & Stock Management:

Assist with managing kitchen supplies and ingredients.
Help order and restock ingredients as needed.

Maintain Cleanliness:

Ensure the kitchen and equipment are kept clean and safe.
Follow health and safety rules in the kitchen.

Guest Satisfaction:

Work with the team to ensure food is delivered to guests quickly and correctly.
Accommodate special food requests from guests when needed.

Demonstrated the ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the company.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organization and training abilities.
Good writing skills
Bachelor's degree in Material, Purchasing Management or related field.
1 year experience or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
