Develop, implement, and oversee brand strategies, ensuring consistency in image and messaging across all communication platforms.
Coordinate with relevant departments to execute integrated marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, PR, events, and strategic partnerships.
Manage brand content on websites, social media, email marketing, and other communication channels.
Plan and execute promotional activities and marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with design, content, and digital teams to ensure all materials, images, and videos align with brand guidelines.
Manage marketing budgets for campaigns, optimizing costs for maximum efficiency.
Build and maintain relationships with media, KOLs, and influencers to expand brand reach.
Stay updated on market trends, customer behaviors, and competitor activities to propose relevant marketing strategies.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Brand Marketing, preferably in the hospitality, cruise, or travel industry.
Strong skills in content creation, storytelling, and brand strategy development.
Excellent project management skills, capable of working independently and in teams.
Proficiency in English communication (IELTS 7.0 or higher) is required.
