Qualifications & Requirements:
• Law degree (LL.B. or equivalent) from an accredited institution
• 3+ years of experience in corporate law, manufacturing, or international trade compliance
• Strong understanding of Vietnamese corporate and commercial laws
• Experience with contract drafting, negotiations, and compliance audits is preferred
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English (Chinese is a plus)
