About the Role

LITMERS, a Global No-code Outsourcing Agency, is transforming outsourced development through innovative solutions. We are redefining traditional software development by leveraging no-code technology, enabling rapid development at a fraction of the time required for conventional coding. Since our inception in January 2023 with a team of three, we've grown to 15 dedicated team members by December 2023, completing over 100 projects and achieving 10x revenue growth in just one year.

We are looking for a Quality Control / Tester to ensure the highest standards of quality in our products and services.

Responsibilities

Test Planning & Design: Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and cases based on project requirements and design specifications.
Execution of Tests: Conduct manual testing, including functional, non-functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure product quality.
Reporting: Document and report test results, provide regular updates and collaborate with the team to prioritize and track issues.

Yêu cầu công việc

Requirements

1-2 years of experience in software testing.
Proficiency in manual testing techniques.
Strong English communication and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with testing management methodologies.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.

Nice to Haves

Certification in Quality Assurance (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus.
