Role & Responsibilities

As a KOL/KOC Operations Executive, you will be responsible for the end-to-end operations of KOL/KOC campaigns. You’ll manage multiple campaigns at once while leading a small squad of interns to ensure operational excellence and timely delivery. Key responsibilities include:

Campaign Operations

• Launch and manage influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish. Campaigns are mostly in large quantities (20-200 influencers/ campaign).
• Source & negotiate suitable creators from FinT’s pool or external platforms based on campaign briefs
• Coordinate with creators to ensure timely and qualified content delivery
• Monitor campaign timelines, creator performance, and progress to ensure smooth execution
• Manage campaign reporting: data tracking, analysis, and reporting to internal and client teams
• Implement quality control processes to improve campaign outcomes
  

Team Leadership

• Lead and manage a squad of 1–2 interns to support multiple campaign operations
• Delegate tasks and provide guidance to ensure all deliverables are met on time and with quality
• Support interns in campaign workflow and best practices, helping them grow in execution and professionalism
