As a Learning and Development Associate, you will play a pivotal role in creating customized content for our training programs. Your responsibilities include:

• E-learning courses (60%)
  • Collaborate with experts to design structured learning curriculums and develop scripts for e-learning lectures
  • Create and refine e-learning course materials, including training decks, workbooks, and exercises
  • Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure seamless content delivery
• Offline courses (30%)
  • Design customized training programs based on clients' learning objectives and industry needs
  • Develop high-quality learning materials, including training decks, workbooks, and assessments
  • Assist instructors as a training facilitator, ensuring effective course delivery and learner engagement
• Other responsibilities (10%)
  • Conduct post-training evaluations and feedback analysis to measure learning effectiveness
  • Stay updated on learning trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in instructional design and training
  • Conduct research and provide recommendations to enhance learning experiences
