Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our Legal Team. This is an excellent opportunity for law students or recent graduates interested in gaining hands-on experience in corporate law and legal compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct legal research on a wide range of topics.
Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Support the team in preparing case files and maintaining organized legal records.
Participate in client meetings, take minutes, and provide follow-up actions.
Liaise with governmental authorities and external stakeholders as needed.
Assist in compliance checks and the preparation of reports.
Perform administrative duties to support the legal team.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Law degree.
Proficient in English, equivalent to IELTS 6.5 or higher.
Demonstrates a strong interest in gaining experience across diverse legal fields.
Possesses excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.
Highly detail-oriented and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Displays a proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
