Responsibilities:
• Manage energy systems within the factory, including cleanroom operations, compressed air systems, HVAC systems, and related equipment.
• Oversee operation and maintenance of factory infrastructure, including building and electrical systems.
• Ensure production efficiency, team training, and maintenance team management.
• Propose and control non-production materials, spare parts, and low-consumption supplies.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in HVAC, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in cleanroom facilities or HVAC systems (flexible for exceptional candidates).
• Strong technical expertise, logical thinking, and communication skills; ability to work in English or Chinese.
• Ability to handle high-pressure work environments.
• Experience in technical improvement project management.
