◎ Material cost analysis and follow-up on work completion.
◎ Tracking and analyzing operational costs (conversion costs).
◎ Personnel cost analysis, including production efficiency and labor rates.
◎ Capital expenditure follow-up.
◎ Preparation of management reports.
◎ Tracking actual production KPIs against targets and improvement plans.
◎ Assisting in the annual budgeting and planning process.
◎ Analyzing financial information to support business profitability and growth, such as labor variances, indirect cost variances, departmental expenses vs. budget, etc.
◎ Reviewing inventory changes and cost transactions, issuing instructions to relevant departments to ensure transaction accuracy in the system.
◎ Inventory accounting management, including inventory accounts and data reconciliation.
◎ Tracking capital expenditures and departmental expenses, providing analysis to management when needed.
◎ Participating in system and process improvement initiatives.
◎ Coordinating with relevant teams and departments to ensure a smooth month-end close for cost accounting.
◎ Other ad hoc tasks required by the Finance Manager, such as handling new projects, and developing financial processes or procedures.

◎ University graduate – Major in Accounting, Master’s degree in Accounting preferred
◎ At least one year of experience in operational finance
◎ Candidates with Big Four experience preferred
◎ Strong English writing and speaking skills
◎ Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with other functional departments to achieve results
◎ Strong reporting skills and ability to effectively translate financial information
◎ Computer skills: Proficiency in Word, Excel, and ERP (Oracle) preferred
◎ Willingness to learn, take on challenges, and develop a career
◎ Willing to work in Nhơn Trạch Industrial Zone, Đồng Nai. Shuttle service provided between Ho Chi Minh City and Đồng Nai
