Manage day-to-day operations across the resort’s social media channels
Monitor traffic and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics and Accor’s backend tools
Support in setting up and managing online advertising campaigns (Meta Ads is a must. Google Ads, YouTube Ads are the plus.)
Draft engaging and brand-consistent copy for digital channels including social media, websites, blog posts, e-newsletters, and Google Ads
Assist with the design and execution of email marketing campaigns to targeted customer segments
Track digital KPIs such as impressions, reach, engagement, CTR, and ROI if necessary

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Communication, or related field preferred.

• Minimum of 01 year of relevant experience in Sales & Marketing section

• English degree and equivalent experience.

• Strong proofreading, grammar, and copywriting skills.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
