Ground Sampling and Service Experience:

• Directly experience 2W (motorbikes, Bike, etc.) and 4W(cars, Car, etc.) transportation services to evaluate quality and processes.
• Use and evaluate food delivery services (e.g., ordering food and tracking the delivery journey) to understand the user experience.

Customer Interviews:

• Conduct interviews with ride-hailing passengers (PAX) and drivers (DAX) to gather detailed information about their experiences, feelings, needs, and expectations.
• Ask insightful questions to uncover valuable information not readily available online.

Market Information Gathering:

• Participate in relevant forums, conferences, and industry events to grasp market trends, gather feedback, and expand the information network. (e.g., forums, conferences related to restaurants, transportation services, etc.)
• Data Entry and Basic Data Processing:
• Accurately and completely input collected information from interviews into the system (e.g., Google Sheets).
• Perform basic data cleaning to ensure accuracy and consistency for subsequent analysis steps.
• Provide valuable insights gathered from the field to support the analysis process and contribute to strategic recommendations.
• Connect and converse with various individuals to discover valuable information.
• Reporting all tasks to Hiring Manager
