We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our client

outreach and communication efforts. This role is perfect for recent graduates who want to

explore the intersection between education, marketing, and customer engagement. You’ll assist

in both sales operations and marketing activities to help us grow and serve more families.

Sales Support:

Assist the Sales Manager in identifying and reaching out to prospective students and

parents.

Prepare consultation materials and follow-up emails after meetings.
Help schedule and confirm appointments with clients.
Support client communication on platforms such as Zalo, email, and social media.

Marketing Support:

General:

Maintain accurate records of communications and reports in spreadsheets.
Collaborate closely with the Sales and Counseling team to ensure consistent messaging and

smooth client experiences.
