Overall Responsibilities
1. Ensure proper and timely execution of work assigned and that it is duly and properly carried out in accordance with Head Office’s guidelines, procedures and instructions.
2. Ensure that all actions carried out are in compliance with the guidelines, policies and procedures issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC), other regulators and Head Office.
3. Keep abreast with the latest developments and trends in the securities industry, economic news and regulatory changes from SSC, Head Office and other local relevant authorities.
Authority
Signing authority and authority to act on behalf of the Company in accordance with operational guidelines, authorised signature guidelines and instructions and directions issued by the Management.
Relationship
1. Maintain good rapport with all levels of staff in PBSV and PBVN to ensure effective liaison, good staff relations, coordination and efficiency in operations.
2. Develop and maintain good relationships with customers for the achievement of business growth and targets assigned by the Management.
Operative Duties
1. Promote PBSV’s presence, products and services in the Southern Region to increase visibility and brand awareness through targeted marketing efforts and community engagement.
2. Assist the Branch Manager in brainstorming new marketing ideas for business development and acquisition of new retail, corporate and institutional clients through referrals, direct outreach and networking events.
3. Act as the contact point for the Branch’s Stockbroking Business Unit and the Research Department in Head Office for request on the latest market information and economic updates to deliver accurate information and efficient advisory services to clients.
4. Monitor market trends and assist in the development of sales kits, marketing/ promotional materials to increase business opportunities and maintain competitiveness in the securities industry.
5. Assist in marketing campaigns, product launches and events to be rolled out in the Southern Region.
6. Collaborate with other units in the Branch and Head Office for the marketing efforts of the Branch.
7. Organise internal and external events to strengthen partnerships including networking sessions, training workshops and collaborative activities with PBVN branches and other partners.
8. Work closely with PBVN’s branches to develop client base through referrals from PBVN’s client base.
9. Provide training to PBVN’s branch representatives for effective cross-selling of PBSV’s products, i.e. account openings and investment services and refer them to PBSV.
10. Prepare and maintain training materials, referral guides and updated product/ service introductions to ensure PBVN’s branch representatives are well-informed of the latest products and services provided by PBSV.
11. Regularly monitor the performance of PBVN’s branch representatives as well as provide constructive feedback and support to optimise the referral outcomes and strengthen collaboration.

Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
